Donate to 4-H

Contributions Welcome!

Since the establishment of the Washington County 4-H Trust Fund in 1984, hundreds of contributions have been received from businesses, civic organizations, 4-H clubs, alumni, and friends. Bequests, memorials and special fund-raising have also increased the Trust Fund’s endowment.

The organization welcomes: “in honor” donations recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, honor roll achievements, or other accomplishments, and “memorial donations” recognizing individuals who have passed away.  Families are notified of memorial contributions.

Donations may be allocated in one of two ways:

  • Donations contributed to the general 4-H Trust Fund account generate interest that supports ongoing 4-H Leaders Association programming, such as summer camp, New Family Orientation, and offsets the cost for youth participating in 4-H educational travel opportunities. Checks for this purpose need to be made out to: Washington County 4-H Trust Fund.
  • Donations contributed to the 4-H Trust Fund Scholarship Fund will be allocated to scholarships for post-secondary education. These scholarships are awarded to youth graduating from 4-H. Post-secondary scholarships are awarded annually. Checks for this purpose need to be made out to: Washington County 4-H Scholarship Fund.

Donations can be sent to: Extension Washington County, 333 E. Washington St., Suite 1200, West Bend, WI 53095
