HEALTH FORM UPDATE/CHANGES MUST be turned in before boarding the bus
All youth need to bring the YELLOW Health Form/Update/Changes with them to the bus-boarding. If there are no changes, please indicate where requested. Each youth must turn in their Health Update/Changes form to the Camp Nurse before boarding the bus.

ALL MEDICATIONS MUST be checked in before boarding the bus, look for the camp nurse table
Best Practices is to have meds in original containers. It is your responsibility as a parent/guardian to label accordingly with:

  1. Camper’s Name
  2. Name of child’s medication
  3. Time to be taken.

Please put all medications in a zip lock bag (with any liquid medication in a separate zip lock bag). Turn in the medication and the PINK medication form for your child to the Camp Nurse before your child boards the bus. Any medication your child needs to take while on the bus must be checked-in as well.

TICKS/LYME DISEASE: We are asking that you pack long pants and long sleeve shirts that must be worn for hiking and teams course activities. The camp staff initiates tick checks each night. In the event that a camper does have a tick on him/her, the camp nurse will remove the tick and record the incident.

ARCHERY: Please understand that while shooting archery, it may be necessary for the leader to position a child for proper stance and aiming for a safe shooting position. A leader may also need to adjust safety equipment to prevent injury to the archer.

*Final note: Please have your son or daughter sleep at home the night before going to camp. We have found this time at home with their family is helpful in reducing homesickness.
