Cat Project
4-H has partnered with the Washington County Humane Society to bring educational sessions to youth signed up for the 4-H Countywide Cat Project. Their knowledgeable staff are excited to welcome you to their facility to have fun and learn about cats!

Cost
Minimal — leash/harness, carrier if needed, shots before fair.

The following meetings will be at:
The Washington County Human Society

6p- 7pm in the Education/Community Room
- April 20th (Intro to Humane Society/tour, impact on community, being a responsible cat owner)
- May 18 Caring for a cat, grooming, vet visits, playtime, etc.
- June 15 – Behavior/socializing
- June 29 – Health, spaying,/neutering, etc.
Additional dates will be added which will feature the County Fair Cat Superintendent to assist in preparing for the fair.
Note: Please do NOT bring your cat to these meetings; they are educational sessions for project members.
