Clothing Project
At Open Sewing Sessions, youth can receive instruction, see what others are sewing, and/or get help with their own projects. Come when you can, leave when you need to – ideal for our busy 4-H families. Members are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines if they have one.

Meetings
If you have always wanted to learn how to sew, within a small group, in a safe and relaxed setting, with other 4-H members and making what you want, then 4-H Sewing Saturdays may be just what you are looking for.
- When: Most Saturday afternoons: January through May
- Where: At the PAC (Public Agency Center) in West Bend, 333 East Washington Street (Washington Street and Indiana Avenue), use the driveway on Indiana Avenue, park in the parking lot, enter through the building’s entrance. We usually meet in Room #1010 (the lunch room).
January 2026 dates:
- Saturday, January 10: 1:30 p.m. Welcome and Information (lasts about 45 minutes). Beginners are encouraged to attend this meeting, meet at the PAC.
- Saturday, January 17: 1:30 p.m. Meet at Hobby Lobby in West Bend (Paradise and Main Street) in the fabric department. Topic: Overview of fabric, supplies and pattern, my part will take about 45 minutes, additional time after that for questions and help with patterns/fabric. (Note the sign-up sheet will be available for the January 24th pattern interviews. )
- Saturday, January 24: Pattern Interviews: personalized pattern interview at the PAC (a one-on-one chat about your pattern), 20 minutes sessions starting at 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. (Be sure that you sign-up for a time slot, call or text your availability beforehand.)
