Enrollment in Washington County 4-H opens Monday, September 8 in 4-HOnline for the 2025-26 4-H year! All youth grade K-13, as well as all adult volunteers, must enroll/re-enroll each year to stay active and take advantage of all the opportunities Washington County and Wisconsin 4-H have to offer. 

What is 4-H?

4-H is a hands-on learning program. Choose a project that’s interesting to you and explore it with peers and caring adults. 

Who can join 4-H?

4-H is for anyone in kindergarten through one year post-high school (grade 13).

Is there a cost?

Some experiences within 4-H may have a cost, and some 4-H clubs may have dues, but financial assistance may be available. 

Where is 4-H near me?

Sixteen community 4-H Clubs are located throughout Washington County. A community 4-H Club is your place to make friends, deepen your project learning and find leadership opportunities. You may meet people you already know or a whole new set of friends. See our list of Washington County 4-H Clubs

What can I do in 4-H?

The sky’s the limit! 4-H offers learning experiences in science, photography, agriculture, healthy living, civic engagement and much more. We have one-day events, clubs to join, year-long projects and everything in between. We also offer distance learning with 4-H programs to explore, discover and make a difference right from your own home. There are many ways to try 4-H.
