Cake Decorating

All skill levels are welcome!

Creativity can be a piece of cake! Through this project you will learn the skills to start making cakes for parties and events. It starts with knowing the basics like simple borders, decorations and cake molds. Then it advances to lace and lattice work, tiered cakes, special icings and, finally, advanced flowers.

Learn to make frosting
Learn to pipe frosting
Decorate a two layer cake
Cupcake wars
Decorate a cake with fondant
Use chocolate molds
Decorate sugar cookies.

Meets monthly on Sunday, 1pm-2:30pm, January through July. Specific dates TBD.

Costs

Various depending on the project but we will have most of the supplies. You would have to provide certain items that will be detailed before the meeting.
